UNDER 21 DUI
There are several issues that are unique to an underage DUI charge. The first is that the minor will be looking at a year suspension on their driver’s license. Yikes! The second and most important is that if convicted of the DUI, the minor will be facing tough odds. He will enter drinking age with a scar on his record and the odds of him picking up a second or third are greatly increased by the first conviction. The conviction can keep them from getting certain jobs or disqualifying them all together. Don't allow your son or daughter to be convicted of a DUI at such an early age, the damage may be irreversible. The goal is to keep all of their doors open.
